Abstract:

Inclusive development is a development thinking focused on the comprehensive human department, emphasizing equal opportunities and shared result. Based on the inclusive development thinking and combining with the characteristics of large-scale coal resources, the paper has set 32 evaluation indicators from five inclusive perspectives, including the project and comprehensive development of people, project and resources, project and environment, project and economic development and project and society, to build the multi-dimensional evaluation index of large-scale coal resource development project.
